Sunny Days are Here to Stay

Today was our apartment halloween party and while it was stormy outside, the weather in our apartment was nice and sunny. We had a great time with our party and even won some prizes. p.s. BYU won their football game 62-41-- you can hear the crowd sing the fight song below! :)

Y Mountain

Do you see that guy standing right on the Y ? That's Stephen! Look really, really, close. Still can't see him? Click on the image...take a closer look.

If you're still looking then you have officially been had. hehehe. :)

This is one of the last really nice, sunny, fall days left for Provo. You can almost taste the bitter cold rain and snow that awaits just around the corner. In case you were wondering about the Y on the mountain, it is the biggest block letter in the world. Even bigger then the letters that spell "HOLLYWOOD" in California. Each year - during Homecoming week - it lights up the mountainside.

Whispers of Winter

Every morning and every evening we walk past this lovely pond to school. Right now it is our constant reminder that winter is on its way. There aren't too many ponds just sitting around in Utah and this one was built especially for the study of botany. The weather is wonderful but it also seems to whisper that finals are on their way. Time is very precious and we're finding ways to be better with it every day.

Bekah is doing fantastic in school! She just got accepted into a very selective communications program. Beginning in January she will devote most of her time to the study of advertising. Stephen is also doing well in school, though he doesn't seem to be quite as decisive with his studies. An aspiring psychologist one day - an up and coming lawyer the next. Hopefully in the next semester or two he'll have a better idea about what he'd like to do.

My Latest Concoction

This is my funnest, latest project that I enjoy very much...homemade calendars! They're GREAT! Creative juices get flowing and relieve all the stress from school work.

Our Apartment

This is our lovely living room. Just ignore that silly girl sitting in her pj's on the couch. As you will see, on our television Steve posted his goals in an attempt to be more productive. Unfortunately, scotch tape isn't very strong and it comes down for football games, movies, and Bekah's favorite...the Discovery Channel. Thanks to Grandpa Bob for the piano. :)
